WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept refunds on all our pieces within 30-days from the date you received your order. We only ask that the following requirements are met:
1. Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.
2. Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.
We cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
We recommend briefly fitting your item over your underwear and keep the bikini in the packaging in a clean environment so it can not accidentally get stained or dirty in any way.
In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, please let us know within 48 hours by sending us a photo of the imperfection by email and wait for our response.
To initiate a return, read our policy above and simply email us at email@example.com using the same e-mail address used to order the items. Please add your order number (example: #1111). Then we will let you know how to organise a return.
Please note: the shipping costs are not covered by us!
